DON'T BE AFRAID

Happy Wednesday beloved. I hope you are still well and in good health. If you have good thoughts, they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.

God said, "And who do you think made the human mouth? And who makes some mute, some deaf, some sighted, some blind? Isn't it I, God? So, get going. I'll be right there with you, with your mouth! I'll be right there to teach you what to say." - Exodus 4:11‭-‬12 MSG

In addition to studying individual books of the Bible, I've also been rereading it in order. I started in on Exodus yesterday, and have really been enjoying learning about God's relationship with humanity and the fulfillment of the promises that He has made to us from the very beginning.

The story of Moses has really been speaking to me as I read. I feel that I can relate to him in that I am not an eloquent speaker by any means. I am an introvert with extreme anxiety in public situations. I get so tongue-tied and self-conscious. And while I know that God is working to strengthen me in a lot of those areas, I know that He also says, "l am using you, even from where you are at right now."

I really love that God knows each and every one of our hearts, and has given us each unique skills to use as a mouthpiece for Him if we will only listen to what He wants us to say. He will not leave us hanging. Today God has put it on my heart to let go, listen, and just be teachable. #stayonyourpurpose #havefaith #believeit

CONQUER YOUR MIND

Blissful Thursday dearest. I believe that you all are still great and healthy. Every breadth is a miracle as we wake up, let us always remember that.

Originality is one of my core values and is reflected in my personal mantra, l am my greatest competition. Your personal brand suffers when your opponent's become your muse, you stop embracing your niche, that which distinguishes you. Self-competition is a practice that I started nurturing early on.

Limiting beliefs are self-fulfilling. You see, everything begins within the mind and if you believe you've lost and you're down and out before the challenge begins, well then, you've already lost for the most part.

Start on the inside, conquer your mind, cultivate beliefs that will build you up, not tear you down. I could go on but you get the gist yeah? Alright, go on and have a great day, go be great. #happythursday #conqueryourmind #dontlimityourself #keepimproving

PATH TO FULFILMENT

Happy Tuesday beloved. I hope you are still well and in good health. Today is always the perfect day to embark on any activity that carries the potential to change your life for the better.

This might be a bit too heavy for today but I'm going to be honest, earlier this year, I started asking myself a few questions like when I do certain things who are they for, why am I doing them? I've had to ask myself what type of life do I want to live. I have to be honest turning 21 really switched something to my brain. Like, I'm I really happy and fulfilled?

That's been the big question, for who? The answer God put in my spirit this year was, "I want you to be fulfilled, not just well achieved" but if you can be both even better but first find fulfilment in what you are doing, know the "why" and I hope that "who" when you ask yourself will be, who am I doing this for? me.

Please take a minute; and be happy! If it means just a day off to breathe, if you can afford, please do it! Your purpose and life's calling are often hidden in the things that come so naturally to you, the things that bring you joy, the things you are good at. I know I'm good at writing you guys these long meaningful essays and they make me really happy and I'm going to nurture this gift, and turn it into something beautiful because I know there lies my ultimate life's calling and path to fulfilment, soon I will bloom. I hope you do too. #happyweek #happytuesday #befulfilled #followyourpassion #behappy #bejoy #nurtureyourgift #bloomwhereyouareplanted #pathtofulfilment

GOD'S LOYAL LOVE

Happy Sunday beloved, I hope you are still well and in good health. If you tried to describe what God is like, it could be difficult or daunting. But when people who wrote the Bible pondered the mystery of God, they consistently described God's character in this way.

Compassionate, gracious, slow to anger, overflowing with loyal love and faithfulness (Exodus 34:6). I'm going to look at this fourth phrase, "loyal love." It translates the Hebrew word "khesed" which is hard to translate into any language because it combines the ideas of love, generosity and enduring commitment all into one.

Khesed describes an act of promise keeping loyalty that is motivated by deep personal care. Like in the story of Ruth, she's a foreigner married to an Israelite man but tragically the husband dies, along with his brother and his father. All Ruth has left is her widowed mother in-law, Naomi. Who has nothing to give her. Naomi tells Ruth she should go back to her people, but instead Ruth promises to stay by Naomi's side and take care of her. As other people watch Ruth keep this promise over time, they call it an act of khesed (Ruth 3:10).

Notice that Ruth's khesed is not conditional or based on Naomi's worth. Rather, it's an expression of Ruth's character, she's just a generous and loving person who keeps her word. in the same way, Ruth's loyal love is truly inspiring, but the one who shows the most enduring khesed is God.

God is the ultimate expression of khesed because He showed His loyal love to His people throughout the Bible. Like in the story of Jacob, who is a treacherous liar even to his own family. But despite that, God chooses him and repeat the promise He made to Jacob grandfather, Abraham. And so, 20 years later when Jacob realises how underserving he is, he says to God, "I am not worthy of all the unfailing love and faithfulness you have shown to me..." (Genesis 32:10 NLT). And he's right, but God's loyal love was never about Jacob's worth in the first place. It's a display of God's generous loyalty to His promise.

God's loyal love continues in the story of Jacob's descendants, the Israelites. When they are enslaved by Pharaoh in Egypt. God remembered His promise to Abraham, Jacob, so God defeats Egypt and raises up Moses to liberate the people and lead them into the promised land read, (Exodus 2:24). And in the story, this is called the act of khesed (loyal love) because it was about God keeping His word.

Now, on their way to the promised land, the Israelites are scared of the nations around them. And doubt that God can protect them. So, people threaten to kill Moses and appoint a new leader to take them back to Egypt. God is understandably hurt and angry but Moses steps in and says, "In keeping with your magnificent, unfailing love, please pardon the sins of this people, just as you have forgiven them ever since they left Egypt"(Numbers 14:19 NLT).

Notice that Moses asked God to forgive not because the people deserved it, but because it is consistent with God's own character. And God agrees and He recommits Himself to a people that don't want to be committed to Him. In the Bible, God is loyal and loving for no other reason than it's just who God is. Of course, He want His people to respond with loyal love in return but even when they don't, God loyal love remains!

The prophet Hosea compared Israel's khesed to a morning mist that's there one moment and gone the next. But God's loyal love is enduring. Like in the celebration of Psalm 136 that opens by saying, "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! His faithful love endures forever" (Psalms 136:1 NLT). Then 26 times repeats, "His loyal love is forever." And so, after the centuries of Israel betraying their commitment to God, and after humanity's long history of violence and death, God still kept His promise in a dramatic and drastic way.

By becoming human and binding Himself to us in the person of Jesus. And people who followed Jesus of Nazareth said that in Him they encountered the God of Israel who is full of love and faithfulness. Jesus is the ultimate loyal and loving human and, in His life, death, resurrection God opened up a new future way for all of us and for all creation.

And God did this because it's just who God is. Generous, loving and eternally loyal to His promises. And when we experience the purity and power of God's loyal love shown through Jesus, it compels us to reimagine why and how we can show loyal love back to God and to people around us. #loyallove #enduringlove #faithfullove #havefaith #grace #mercy #explorepage

STOP WITHDRAWAL SYNDROMES

How time moves! Happy Wednesday beloved, I hope you are still well and in good health. I pray this day proves to be one of your best days yet. Land those deals, chase after those goals, in all you do just succeed! The preeminent trial of goodness isn't in the more prominent, yet in the more modest occurrences of our personality and practice. I have always believed that we as individuals are created by God for certain purpose so much bigger than ourselves. And that we all have our role to play in building the society that we want to see. And whether that is in you giving your time, sharing your resources or spreading knowledge. Impact is impact.

Judah said to Er's brother Onan, "Go and marry Tamar, as our law requires of the brother of a man who has died. You must produce an heir for your brother." But Onan was not willing to have a child who would not be his own heir. So, whenever he had intercourse with his brother's wife, he spilled the semen on the ground. This prevented her from having a child who would belong to his brother. But the Lord considered it evil for Onan to deny a child to his dead brother. So, the Lord took Onan's life, too. - Genesis 38:8‭-‬10 NLT

God is the center of all creation. What's more, when God speaks or order a thing you need to answer. There are lot of people with withdrawal syndromes (either from business side, personal life, relationships, your God given talents) who are still far beyond in life, because they are not willing to live and fulfil the purpose that God has placed for their life.

Not like what Onan did by pleasing his own flesh and forgetting what he was instructed to do. Many people are as yet confining themselves due to not understanding the order of their purpose throughout everyday life, they have the mentality of withdrawal or giving up.

God wants us to be productive and that's He needs us to be willing to be consistent with the plan and His will for our lives so He can release His generous blessings. Don't leave too much to chance. Be an active participant willingly taking risks and making efforts to give yourself the life you want because ultimately if you don't. All you're left with is compromises. Hard work and working it smart pays off!

Take note: The way of the enemy into your life is paved through the areas in which you have lived as though you don't need God. If it be the desire of your heart to truly allow Him to order your every step, then it must be the demand of your faith to allow Him to take over and take control of your life in totality nothing hidden, nothing missing, nothing off limits! #livepurposeful #stepoutinfaith #hearingGod #seekfirstthekingdomofGod

KEEP GREATNESS BY YOU

Blissful new week dearest. I believe that you all are still great and healthy. Everything is possible in this age of miracles, in the grounds of bounty open doors, growth comes with difficulties and nothing should stand in your direction. Ride on, ride over to accomplish your own goals. Journey of goodwill is more noteworthy than known. Work hard and smart with the right positive attitude.

Live the life you love, love the life you live, keep your surroundings happy and healthy. Always strive for excellence to the extent that it becomes a habit. Let the hustle play its best sound. Take note: For a life full of excellence, connect with people you share common valued interests with!

"One of the best things you can do in life is surround yourself with people who are better than you are; high-grade people. You will end up behaving more like them, and they in turn will get it back from you. It’s like a planetary system. If you hang around with people who behave worse than you, pretty soon you'll start being pulled in that direction. That's just the way it seems to work. Who you choose to associate with matters." - Warren Buffet

You can never run with a pack that is not your species, either you are faster, compromise your potential or wear yourself out trying to catch up!

The transfer of "personas" by association is real! You become your surroundings. This week, watch your company closely and always keep greatness by you, blow kisses to all the negative people with their negative energies! #happyweek #keepdistance #connectwiththoseyoulinkwith #actsmart #check #bepositive #positivevibesonly #knowyourpower

BE JOYFUL ALWAYS

Happy Sunday beloved. I hope you are still well and in good health. To God be the glory, great things He has done.

As long as we keep holding back, we will never truly experience God presence in our lives. But the more of ourselves we surrender to God, the more of God we will ultimately find in ourselves. God is not attracted to situations that hold their own solution, but to situations which hold no solution without Him.

Make up your mind to rejoice in the Lord! People often ask me; "How do you declare you have the joy of the Lord yet you still cry?" People cry because of the pain of their reality but they rejoice because joy brings harvest! It's okay to cry but cry with hope! For it is written: "Those who plant in tears will harvest with shouts of joy. They weep as they go to plant their seed, but they sing as they return with the harvest." - Psalms 126:5‭-‬6 NLT

l pray you learn something out of that which you are going through. I pray you learn more about God's heart. #bejoyfulinhope #behappyandsmile #makeupyourmind #surrender #letgo #explorepage #bepositive #fromglorytoglory #fromtesttotestimonies #keepthesmilealive

GOD'S GENEROUS LOVE

Blessed Friday unto you, my dear beloved. I hope you are still well and in good health.

In the story of the Bible, God is depicted as the generous host who provides for the needs of His guests. However, us humans live from the mindset of scarcity and hoard God's many gifts. In this message, I explore God's plan for overcoming our selfishness by giving the ultimate gift of Himself in the person of Jesus.

Imagine your friend invites you to a party. You arrive there and there are a lot of people, decorations, food and drinks. There's enough for everyone. When you get hosted by someone that generous, you don't have to worry about your needs. You can just enjoy yourself and focus on people around you, that is what a good host wants for their guests. And this is the picture of the world we find in the Bible. Creation is an expression of God's generous love. He is the host and humans are His guest in the world of opportunities and abundance. And we are called to keep the party going, to spread His goodness.

This is a beautiful picture, but it is not the way people experience the world. Rather, we find the world of scarcity and struggle, not abundance. And Jesus grew up in that kind of world, under military occupation, people losing their land or families to debt and poverty. And yet He would say things like this: "Look at the birds, they don't store up food for themselves, yet they have enough, or consider the wildflowers. They are beautiful and abundant, and they don't stress about their existence. And you are to live that way, too" (read Like 22:34).

But surely Jesus knew that things don't always work out. Sometimes, there's really not enough. And Jesus did experience poverty first-hand, but He viewed the world through the story of the Hebrew scriptures, which claimed that scarcity problem isn't caused by lack of resources. Rather, the problem is our attitude of mindset that God cannot be trusted. "Maybe God is holding out on me? Maybe there's not enough? And maybe I should take matters into my own hands." And once we are deceived into that mindset of scarcity. We can justify the impulse to take care of me and mine before anyone else.

And that leads to envy, anger, violence and a world where it seems like there's not enough. The party is over, it is turned into a battleground. But God wants humans to experience His generosity. So, He chooses one people, the family of Abraham. He promises to give them the abundance that He wants for everybody else. God will provide that they need, all they have to do is trust His generosity. And through them the world will see how generous the host really is.

But that is not what happens, Abraham's descendants, the Israelites, enter the land of abundance and they promptly forget the host who gave it to them. They act like it's all theirs and like there's not enough. It leads to wars and Israel's self-destruction. If I were the host of the party, I would just give up, don't you think? But God doesn't. What He does is surprising, He gives another gift. But this gift is different, what God gives is Himself.

Jesus the host Himself comes to join in the spoiled party. And notice, Jesus lives with the conviction that there's enough. And that our generous host can be trusted. His mindset of abundance allowed Him to live sacrificially and generously even towards His enemies.

And Jesus called His followers to trust in God's abundance, like Him. That's why He said things like, "Sell your possessions and give to the poor, or don't worry about your life (Luke 12:33). He is inviting us to live a different story. One that is built on trust in God's goodness and love. But living generously doesn't mean life is going to be well. Look at Jesus, He was betrayed by His friends and He suffered. But this was no surprise to Jesus, He knew people would take advantage of His generosity. In fact, it was His plan. Jesus know we are all hopelessly deceived by this lie that there is not enough.

And that lie needs to be defeated. So, that is what Jesus was doing when He gave us the gift of His life. Jesus' death was the ultimate expression of God's generous love. God's love can turn death into life and scarcity back to abundance. Or as Apostle Paul put it, "You know the gift of our Lord Jesus, the Messiah, that even though He was rich, for your sake He became poor so that you through His poverty, might become rich." (2 Corinthians 8:9)

And, Jesus called His followers to live like the real party has begun. He called it the Kingdom of God. Our invitation beloved to this party, is yet another gift, the personal presence of God's own Spirit, that can teach us to trust the generosity of the host just like Jesus did. When you believe there's enough, you start seeing opportunities for generosity everywhere! With our time, money and our attention. One of the most important ways that we can experience the abundance of God's new creation, is sharing with others because of our trust that God is the generous host! #abundance #generosity #wisdom #trustGodwisdom #faithoverfear #believe

HAPPY NEW WEEK

Happy new week beloved. May this one be the best one yet!

"Live with the current day, otherwise someday you'll wake up and realise that all remarkable and gorgeous moments have passed towards your eyes while you're waiting for the best shot to reveal yourself." - Alexander Zalan

Just a gentle reminder from me that; Whatever you are working on matters. Please see it through. But also, be patient with yourself in the process, it's never easy becoming a version of yourself you have never been. So, be kind to yourself always! #selfcaremonday #rememberthat #happymonday #happyweek #takenote #takecareofyourself

FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION

Happy Sunday beloved. I missed you all so much. I greet you all with the blessings of the Lord! I have this message; it's been pressing in my spirit for the last hour. I pray we all recognise that the moment we put ourselves in the equation we dismiss God, that's why people end up being entertained not edified. Always go back to the word of God yourself and truly engage the spirit of God to reveal the truth of His word. Not through google, not YouTube, but His word and in the economy and civilisation of His presence.

Today I want to iron out a misconception that trends amongst believers. The notion that if you are a Christian, you are considered weak, powerless and at the mercy of the devil.

I'll show you what I mean, look at this scripture with me. "... but I beseech you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh. For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh..." - 2 Corinthians 10:2‭-‬3 KJV

Apostle Paul is exclaiming that he does not want to be regarded as a mere man. In all his humility and gentleness, he said do not think I am just a man or a man without the spirit! There you can see that Apostle Paul is not easily intimidated. He doesn't function or go about his day afraid, there is boldness, there is strength, there is power that he draws from the holy spirit!

The Bible says he goes on to say for though we walk in the flesh. Though we have living breathing bodies, they are only a host for what is within, the spirit of God. Although we look like man and talk like man, it does not mean that we should act like man. It does not mean that we should fight like man! The Bible says, "our weapons of warfare are not carnal!"

So, you wanting to shout back, slander another's name, act violently or move from a place of anger will help you with nothing! You will be acting from a carnal state which is your natural state. Your place of power is in the state of the spirit, that's where your advantage in warfare is in the spirit! This is where your weapons carry divine power, power to demolish strongholds!

"I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you." - Luke 10:19 NIV

The Bible says, "You have been given authority!" Authority implies the power or right to provide orders, decide and implement acquiescence! You have been given the right, the power, the command to settle to conclusions about your life. Quit going about like you need to acknowledge things as they are. Quit moving like a simple man, expect your important and influential place!

Break free from any servitude inside your own psyche that lets you know that you can't follow through with something, or that is the means by which your life should be or that you try not to have the ability to transform it! Do this; Assess your mental focus, eliminate distractions, live in the moment and always practice mindfulness. From today, realise that you have the power, the power and the weapons to make a contrast in your life and to the existence of others! #knowyourpower #exerciseauthority # believeandhavefaith #bebrave #explorepage #share #like #comment #breakfree #mentalstability

HELLO SEPTEMBER

Happy new month dear beloved, I hope you are still well and in good health. Yet another glorious month of just getting to both hear and see the heart of God. What a time to be alive! Times of refreshing are here and they shall surely flow from the presence of our God. What a great God we serve! A faithful Father! A righteous Lord and His glory will be revealed for all to see.

Overwhelmed would be an understatement! God is constant in every season; He is in charge of the season's change: "He changes times and seasons..." - Daniel 2:21 ESV

And Jesus own words: "It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by His own authority." - Acts 1:7 ESV

Every change of season should remind us of His sovereign promises, His creative power, and His time. God created seasons and they will last as long as the earth remains. This consistency in the change of seasons can also remind us of the consistency of our God. James spells it out for us: "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change." - James 1:17 ESV

What a great perspective to have when the seasons change! Instead of dreading the changes, they can be reminders that our always consistent and unchangeable God keeps His promises! Remember this: No matter where you started, you can have a great finish. The journey of goodwill starts with the right decisions and continues. It will make sense one day. Have positive attitude. Have a great month beloved, love you. #newmonth #conquer #explorepage

SMILE WHILE AT IT

Smile, laugh, and love, for God is always at work. Just because you can't see any changes now doesn't mean He has stopped working. I...
