Happy new month and happy new week unto you, dear friends. I hope you are still well and in good health. May God grant you the grace to overcome all reigning challenges in your life this month and beyond. 

Your time is precious, so don't waste it living another person's life. Don't be trapped by dogma which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice and most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. 

2023 thus far has been teaching us to water our own gardens because not all that glitters is gold! It's time to look at yourself and realise you are just as important, as gifted, as called, as chosen as the next person and you too can start pursuing your dreams.
